Does Bluenote Painting work on homes built prior to 1978 that may contain Lead Paint and be regulated by the EPA?

Answer: Bluenote Painting is not licensed to bid or work on homes built prior to 1978.  Homes built prior to 1978 require a contractor that has a Lead Paint Renovator License to bid or work on them, and we have chosen not to obtain that license.
